Transparency Issue with Standard Surface Glass

I have created 3 watch crystals in an environment.  1 crystral is clear as should be.  The other 2 are black.  I have been researching the issue but can't find a solution.  I am using Arnold with C4D r25.  I am fairly new to modeling and rendering but I can usually figure out an issue.  I can't seem to get the other 2 crystal to be glass-like.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much

Add an Arnold Parameters tag to those objects and turn off Double Sided

I had a bit more time today to look at this.

You can re-enable Double-Sided, then increase the Transmission ray depth. It was set to 3, and that's too low for the geometry. Setting it back to the default 8 gave the right renders.
