"Missing instruments" in Arnold. Cant access License Manager. Please help.

Hello everyone. I am using trial Arnold R23 for Windows (C4D)

As you can see on the screenshot, some instruments are "missing" (I was able to see them in the beginning but not anymore). I also cant access License Manager for some reason.

Most likely a bad install (stuff is missing). I would re-install.
