OCIO (ACES) and Teamrender

Hi Guys

I've successfully set up ACES on my main workstation (a PC). But when I try to include a MacPro as team render client, the team render fails:

C4DtoA | 00:00:02 1002MB ERROR| [color_manager_ocio] could not read '$OCIO' OCIO profile.

C4DtoA | 00:00:02 1011MB WARNING| Aborted by user: received abort signal

I've installed the OCIO config file as a environment variable (?) on the PC, but do have to do the same thing on the Mac? Is this even possible?

Any thoughts/advice really appreciated.

Adam

Hi, Yesterday I had to solve something like this. In mac you have to create an environment variable too, for this the easiest way is to use Enivronment Variables. EnvPane-06.

very well explained here.

I hope this helps.

Hi Diego - that's great thank you! - setting up OCIO as an environment variable on the Mac seems to have solved the OCIO issue, but still having general Team Renderer issues, but that's another topic!

Thanks again.

Best,
