Node mode in Arnold in Cinema 4D doesn't work

Hello everyone. I have encountered a problem - the node mode in Arnold in Cinema 4D is not working. When attempting to add images using the drag-and-drop method in the material window, nothing happens. And if you try to add any node at all, an error message appears (attached a screenshot). Has anyone experienced this? I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise on what to do!

I've never seen this error. Maybe your assets folder is corrupted somehow. But then it is not an Arnold specific issue. Do you have issues with other Node Materials or assets in the Asset Browser? Try to delete the ~/Library/Preferences/Maxon/_assets folder (which is in the error message) and restart Cinema 4D. Make a backup of the current folder first, just in case.
