Hi

I exported vdb file sequence  from Houdini to Cinema and I loaded that with native volume loader and I use both odin and optix de noisier  96GB ram filled in pictures viewed render animation

sometime I don’t know why my vdb file sequence not showing in arnold volume object ( i know I mentioned that before still don’t know why that’s happening ) that’s why I used native volume loader

Make sure you are using the latest version (C4DtoA 4.2.3 / Arnold 7.1.2), we have recently fixed a memory leak coming from denoisers.

Since you are using the native vdb loaded, I wonder if the leak is coming from that. In Arnold, there's no actual difference between the native loader and the Arnold Volume, both are exported to the same Arnold vdb volume node. If you compare a render with the native loader vs Arnold Volume, then it will tell where the problem is.

"sometime I don’t know why my vdb file sequence not showing in arnold volume object"

I assume this happens randomly. Only some frames missing or the entire sequence? Are there any warnings or errors in the console?

yeah I am using the latest version (C4DtoA 4.2.3 / Arnold 7.1.2)

as I said it's not from denoiser, I use the native loader for visualization purposes having said that I delete the native volume loader from my scene and it's okay the problem it's gone

"frames missing" it's not the issue I had a couple of tests and I realize sometimes arnold volume object it's not recognized my "Available Grids" I should set the "Grids" option from "All" to "custom" and type for example "density", that's worked

Then the problem might be in the native loader.

That's odd, sounds like a bug, I'll try to reproduce it.
