More Noice Questions :)

How do I get de-noised passes saved in an .exr? My .exr has a de-noiced RGB but individual passed aren't de-noised.

You have to provide the additional AOVs

In the UI, use the Light Group AOVs field. On the command line, use the -l flag.
It's simpler if you render a merged EXR, otherwise you need to add a -i flag for each AOV

I have noice as an imager with merged aov's checked - so it cleans the beauty but not the other passes.

Are you saying I use the noice imager to get the aov's out into an exr, then use the command line noice to clean the various passes?

No, I thought your noice question was about noice, the standalone denoiser executable.

An Imager has a Selection tab, where you can select what AOVs are processed by the imager.

So I have the noice imager in the IPR with a selection, however it will only save the file out if rendered via the picture viewer. I guess this is correct? Otherwise it all works.

Yes, that's correct. Output is not saved during an IPR session, only final render (e.g. Render to Picture Viewer, Commandline, etc.).
