Just bought Arnold for C4D r20 and its stuck on "Initializing user interface"

As the title says. The trial version of Arnold worked fine on my R20 but not after I bought the full version. Someone here who can help me sort out this problem?

Im running on windows 10 64.

Nvidia Geforce gtx 980

16gig ram

Intel i7 4790k 4ghz

The trial version is the same as the full version.

Did you download a newer version after you purchased the subscription? The latest C4DtoA 2.5.2 has a new minimum requirement: CINEMA 4D R20.057
