isolating certain object from a light?

I know something similer is posted here in the forum but It didn't help me. Im new as you can see, Im using Arnold 4.6.5 on Cinema 4D 2024. Im practising with sophie-user-guide secene. Im trying to light sophie "The model" with 3-point lighting and give the background a color from a Light but sophie gets affected with that Light. How to isolate sophie from the light so it only lits the background?

You could use light linking or simply rotate the light away from Sophie and onto the background.
