Does it happen in a specific scene only? If so, could you send me that scene? What's your C4DtoA version?

The _BugReport.txt file should be in that folder, but it's a hidden system folder by default. I think you should be able to see it if you copy the path to Windows Explorer. If you could send me that file I might get a clue what's going on.
