How to properly bake a texture in c4dtoA?

Hi,

So, I have been trying to output a diffuse pass of a somewhat heavy layer stacking for the color channel. So, that I may bring it back in to have a lighter shader build but when I export I get a "texture is finished successfully but I don't see the outed file in my folder. I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong.

Make sure your object is enabled. For instance if it's under a Cloner, it won't be exported to Arnold.

Define the UV Set only if you have multiple UV sets on the object and you want to use a cutom one. If you just want to use the main UVs, then leave this field empty.

Thank you! The cloner was the issue! Thank you so much! @Peter Horvath

This is definitely something I should improve in a future version.

Are there any tools to bake displacement map from Arnold shader network? I ofter layer various image maps and tiled procedurals to achieve the looks I need which result in long render times. Am I over looking anything in Bake Texture AOV's?

Texture baking is limited to shading, so baking displacement map is not possible at the moment unfortunately.
