How to minimise reflection from an hdri on glass ?

Hello i have a render whit an hdri , in, my scène a i have glass but the hdri is very strong on the reflection

I need to minimise the reflection in the glass whitout roughness , i make compositing whit real footage and i need to have a little transparency on my glass

i have found chek transmit aov's in tramission channel and play whit specularity and transmission on arnold sky tab

Maybe reducing ray depths might also help to reduce any 'busy' interreflections?
