How to Bake Materials correctly

Hi, 

I would like to enlist the help of the experts among you.

I am using Cinema 4D and Arnold. A few days ago i created a scene in C4D which contains Arnold Materials. Now i would like to transfer the whole scene to Unreal Engine. I am aware that arnold materials are not supported in unreal. So i have to create/bake my materials for the Engine. 
I figured out how to bake the Albedo. But i dont know how to create Normal Maps and Roughness Maps correctly. The Normal Map that i baked did not look right (i think it is in Object space instead tangential space).
At least i just need these three Maps for my Project. Would any of you guys have any advice for me?
