Hi! Our license server was working but when we downgraded to C4DtoA 2.4.5.1 in order to use Google Znyc, we were unable to re-connect our licencses. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Yes. But there are two types of license servers: RLM and Autodesk network license manager, so I won't go into detail.

  • Check that the license server is still running and the licenses are available
  • Check the licensing diagnostics from Plugins > C4DtoA > Help > Licensing > Diagnostics.
