Freeze when Save with 4.7.2

I get a lot of freezes when I save a c4d file with this new Version. Here's what i did this morning:

Install 2024.4 and 4.7.2, opened up an scene i was working on, saved incremental - no problem. Then changed settings in the rendersettings, and it freezes when hitting save, almost everytime. When the rendersettingswindow is closed, it freezes less. Then i got back to 2023.3.2 with 4.7.2 and it was almost the same, with the freezes.

Also with just a cube in the file, and opened rendersettings with arnold selected, it freezes sometimes when hitting save.

Reinstalled 4.6.8.1 and it worked again. Now I'm on 2024.4 with 4.6.8.1, and it also works like normal.

Can't reproduce it. Does not matter what's in the scene, right? I'm trying with a Cube and skydome. Change camera AA in the render settings and save, repeat several times, no freeze.

I suppose you don't have a bugreport and minidump in the AppData\Roaming\MAXON\Maxon Cinema 4D 2024.4_08D3A488\_bugreports folder.

Just tried to reproduce when reinstall everything. Open c4d - create cube - rendersettings - click save 4 times - go to "Arnold"... And it still happens, first 4 times clicking save, it works, and on this screen it freezes. No Bugreports or minidump

sry wrong account on the other pc....

Sounds odd, specially that it happens too when saving to a local drive. I still can't reproduce it, might be something specific to your environment. Do you have the OCIO environment variable defined maybe?

No. Very standard settings too. I will report if I have an idea.
