Adjusting the color of ramp_rgb in the Arnold Material Node causes a collision and causes the C4D to stop working continuously.

At first, I thought that adjusting the options on the Material Node while operating the IPR Window would cause a collision, but the problem occurs separately.

Edit - Preferences - Arnold has turned off all three Material Preview options and both Node Material and Arnold Material are experiencing problems.

I will attach a crash message and a picture of the console error together.

 

 

 

C4D 2024.02 Version

C4DtoA 4.6.8.1 for Cinema 4D 2024 Mac

Unfortunately I can not reproduce the issue on my mac (Sonoma 14.4 M1), Cinema 4D 2024.3.2, C4DtoA 4.7.1.

Your screenshot shows a ramp_rgb connected to toon.emission_color. Do you have the same issue if the ramp is connected to a standard_surface shader?

I also see you have a single color in your ramp, that's why you have those warnings in the log. Do you have the same problem, when using multiple colors in the ramp. If you need just a constant color, better to use the value shader.
