Color Correct node, GPU vs CPU

Hi, when using the color_correct node on a 3K texture in GPU mode (3090), it takes around 5 seconds "pre-processing" before the actual image render starts (IRP and batch render). While in CPU mode, it starts immediately. Any ideas how to speed it up?

I don't see any slowdown on GPU. First use of the shader could be slow, because it has to be compiled for GPU, but it just happens once, every other run should be immediate. Can you show us a debug verbosity log with the slowdown (GPU vs CPU)? https://docs.arnoldrenderer.com/display/A5AFCUG/Log

You are right, it's not the Color Correct node. There was also a the Ambient Occlusion node in the material. Can this be the cause? If its assigned to to the Color of a Standard Surface node, it takes 4 seconds after pressing the IRP till the render starts.

Don't see any issues with ambient_occlusion either in my test. Can you reproduce it in a basic scene as well? Would be nice if you could send a debug log, it might help identifying the issue.
