Can't edit IPR Zoom parameter when IPR is off

I'm not talking about zooming with scroll wheel, I mean typing values into the Zoom field. A small bug but mildly annoying when trying to look around the previously rendered IPR image at precise zoom values after IPR has been turned off. Highly specific problem, I know.

Scale parameter has same problem but I suppose it doesn't matter since it's only useful when the IPR is running anyway.
