camera tips (enhancement and smooth slow mo)

I wanted to know how can I achieve a smooth slow mo animation from the camera and if anyone has any tips on Arnold camera and how to active an enhanced or better suited setting for my work. its very simple with a rotation animation

Keyframe the shutter blur length? I'm not sure exactly what it is you are after.

just want to know how to achieve slow motion when the skull in rotating 360 and if at all changing any settings in the camera would improve the results I'm getting
