c4d2a Cant connect to license server

Hi all, I've tried searching this and still havent found a solution. I can't get the RLM license server to connect to c4d2a. I've tried reinstalling the RLM, and from what I can tell on the RLM manager the license is active. Using a monthly subscription. Any help would be appreciated, cheers!

Please send the following to support:

• rlmdiag.txt from the RLM license server (open RLM Web Admin and click Diagnostics)
• diagnostics from C4DtoA (in CINEMA 4D, click Plugins > C4DtoA > Help > Licensing > Diagnostics)
