c4d to Arnold image looks Morphed and bg not visible

i cant see the car it looks morphed & also cant see the background video file in ipr

That looks like the classic displacement bounds issue.

I would check the Arnold log for warnings about bounds.

Regarding the background, the Motion Tracker is not supported. You have to add your footage to a Background object as an image sequence.
