If you add child objects to the Arnold Scatter, then toggle the custom distribution, and then remove or add objects to the Scatter, the amount of knots in the distribution slider don't update.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Indeed, currently the knot controls have to be added/removed manually. We can certainly improve this and make it update automatically in a next release.
