Arnold License Manager Down?

Hi all! This is pretty time-sensitive,
I'm currently signed out of my Arnold account on my C4d 2023, but when I click on Sign in on the license manager, the whole License Manager seems to freeze on "Signing in..." and I can't click out or click on anything.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Arnold and the Single User License Manager on my C4D twice already but it still keeps having this issue.
Is there any way I can sign in?

I would install the latest Autodesk Identity Manager (that's what handles the sign in).
I am assuming you are on a recent verson of C4DtoA.
