AO maps

Hi everyone;

I've dwonloaded a textures pack that containes OCC maps, and i don't know where to put them in my shader on AtoC4D.

I tend not to use them. Where is the source? Maybe they could be used to mask dirt layers etc?

Yeah, AO maps aren't really that useful anymore; the Standard and AO shader work so well.

 

But if you want to use the to add more contrast to your albedos, there's a little-known Multiply input on images where you can link it. See the enclosed image for how to connect them.
