I used to use a free renderer called Centileo, which has a cool node called UVW Distortion. It warps images or whatever is plugged in to create distortion so a straight lined texture can look a bit less perfect.
Is there anything similar with Arnold? I can't find anything similar. Any consideration for something to be made like this?
It would be nice to have some very minor warping of let's say a brick texture so it's not totally perfect.
Centileo also has a cool procedural scratches node that can produce nice scratches completely non-tiling. Would also be useful to have that in the future.
