any image loading failed and frozen

Hi, I'm a newbie. I need your help. I have a problem with image loading.

When I added image on certain modeling and started rendering, cinema 4D frozen.

It always happen with regard to image loading. (HDRI, texture image, ...)

I don't know what is problem. I always followed tutorial completely but it happen.

there is no log message...

Please, let me go on

Maybe it's the special characters in the file name. Can you rename the textures (or folder) and use only ascii characters?
