1 Pixel discolorisation when rendering distributed frames

I am rendering a 3 x 3 Frame distributed still image with a pixel dimension of 35k by 21k with the gpu renderer. Same worklflow i used succesfully several times before. now all tiles have a 1 pixel wide discolorisation at the edges. See attached screenshots. any hints? No denoiser used , nothing...
