Render or bake to texture

Hello I wanted to ask what of the baking options is the case for my needs. Want to make an animation but dont want to render the background objects everytime (wall, floor, closet etc.).
Doing this to speed up rendering, since those objects are then getting off the render calculations. Correct me if im wrong, first time baking anything 🙂

Also couldnt find anything in the Arnold docs about this.

It is the right place, can you show something so it is easier to understand what kind of result you want?

Basically i want this:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2019/ENU/3DSMa...
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2019/ENU/3DSMa...

Then i want to turn of those objects from render calculations(I think with the Arnold properties modifier?)
to speed up animation rendering.
Or am i getting "Render to texture" totally wrong and its not supposed to be used like this?

@

Cera's question is:

If I bake my lighting using Render to Texture or Bake to Texture and use those textures, will that speed up my render?
