MaxtoA 1.2.9.17 does not render Bifrost Cache Mesh.

Hi guys. I see error [Arnold]: [BIFROST] Could not find component named 'volume'. How to fix it? Previous versions of MaxtoA work without errors.

I don't repro with a basic fluid sim. Do you have a simple that scene that reproduces the problem?

I have the trial version of 3ds Max 2019, the cached mesh renders in scanline but not in arnold or art or activeshade

Doesn't work here also on 3ds max 2019, probably broken. Although it renders in art renderer.

MAXtoA 2.0.937

Why not use Arnold Surface? (Cache Mesh worked too)

Same problem here.

If I use ART or Scanline, its ok, but Arnold doesn't render the mesh, except if I choose any object type but Arnold Surface or Cache Mesh in Render As, inside Render Settings tab (Yes, I generated the mesh component and it is visible in my viewport).

I tried different materials and settings (Physical Material and Arnold Surface) unsuccessful.

Print screen attached.

I am using Max 2019.1, Arnold 2.0.937.

I think we have a bug here. As I said, I can render if I use other render engines, but with Arnold, I only succeed when changing the XML decimal character, as say the suggestion that I received in the Autodesk forum:

"When running a simulation, Max creates an informational XML file in the root directory of your simulation, called SolveData.xml. (...) Apparently, there is a problem where it is confusing the decimal separator, causing your rendered scene to appear incorrect (...) My temporary fix is that after you perform a simulation, navigate to the folder containing your simulation, shown in the "Caching" tab of the fluids UI in "Final Path" i.e.:

E:\SimCache\Untitled\Liquid001\Solver01\

Open the SolveData.xml file in a text editor in this folder and you will see a line like this:

<Scale>0,025400</Scale>

Change the comma to a period:

<Scale>0.025400</Scale>

Re-save the file and you should be good to go. If you simulate again, you'll have to alter the file again."

This new attached print screen shows my new results. But when I recalculate the mesh, everything was ok.
