isolate select with material nodes seems to work when I have watched tutorials where they are using Arnold in Maya.
When trying "isolate select" in max to view material nodes I just get a black model.
From the Docs "Shaders: any individual shader (utility, texture, blend, etc.) part of a shader tree can be isolated, showing its resulting output in the render. "
It works when I just select geometry or lights, but not nodes on a material
Are there any examples of isolate select working, does it only work with very limited nodes?
