Tutorial videos not playing

Hi. I really wanna learn more about techniques on 3ds max and i think i have some really good tutorials here in AREA. But it is very sad and frustrating that the videos wont play, particularly Louis Marcoux tutorial on reveal animation in 3ds max.

I have also tried to play other tutorials here in AREA but i can't really play anything. The video will just say "Loading" and then it goes blank white, or sometimes just black. and on the lower left of the player, it says "ConnectionB"? or something the letter after "n" of connection is cut so i'm not really sure if it's a "B" or an "E" or anything. So basically i have no idea what's wrong. There are no errors or anything.

sometimes you just need to switch on other browser ( chrome, IE, mozilla, etch)
