Area Avatar blank

I'm unable to change my avatar in "My Settings"..once I click on add avatar, a blank window pops up and there's no way to attach a new image for the profile.

Using Windows 7 latest firefox and enabled pop up for Autodesk Area Forums.

click on Preferences in the top right of the page you will then see the image below and follow the directions on the pop up mindow afterwards

If you are not seeing this please attach a screen shot of what you get

Is that after you click "upload an Avatar?

Can you send the image you are trying to set as your avatar to moderator@autodesk.com and I'll see if i can put it up for you while I look into your account

Yeah, when I click on upload Avatar...but if you can post this one than we are done.

I just got tired of my old one after years.

I had to add it to your images first then set as an avatar still looking into why
