Need an application event for document saved

There is the documentOpened event, but no documentSaved event. I'm trying to write a program that stores some data on the cloud and whatever document you are saving would be useful to upload this data when the user saves the program.

There are several document related events not currently exposed. We plan on addressing this in the near future.

I just want to let you know that this and several other events have been added to the API for the update on May 30th.
