Missing Fusion 360 Cloud Projects From 2024 – Empty Hub After Returning

Hello everyone,

I used Fusion 360 Personal Use in 2024 and had multiple projects saved and synchronized in the cloud. I know the files were synced because I could access them from another PC and from the Fusion mobile app.

Recently I returned to Fusion using the same Autodesk account, but now all my projects are missing.

Current situation:

  • My account appears correct
  • My current hub is completely empty
  • I only see a new/empty hub
  • I already checked archived projects, filters, search, and the Fusion Web Client
  • I no longer have access to the old PC where the files were originally created

Because the projects were visible on multiple devices before, I believe the data should still exist somewhere in Autodesk’s cloud system.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there any way to recover an old Personal Hub, migrated Team Hub, or disconnected projects?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have not access your account in over a year this is then expected.

Anyways please follow the below:

1. Please send an email to [email protected]2. Reference this thread and also provide them with your email ID used for Fusion
