In answer to the questions you ask in your welcome post: I live in the SW of England. Have lived here most of my life. Started li for the last 25 years I run a very small design business on my own, I Started life as a carpenter and joiner I learnt AutoCad at night school and got a City and Gilds certificate.  I started off using AutoCad then about 10years ago I started using Revit. At the time all the professionals around me said it would never catch on, o how wrong they were Revit makes up a good 50 percent of my work load.

My job role is designing and producing Construction details (Building control work)

You if I have any cool jobs to show case I never have any cool projects most of my workload is domestic projects houses, barn conversions, and of course Extensions a small amount of commercial projects  

I would love to join the user group
