This is my first toolpath in fusion and I've been struggling for a while. I have a Carvera air. I'm making two identical pieces for a bead mold, I'll add in alignment pins in a separate g code

My 1st toolpath looks great to me

My 2nd toolpath says it has an issue with some cuts being to small that should be fine but is horribly inefficient

My 3rd toolpath is horribly inefficient and adds random cutting lines into the face

My final toolpath has added in extra blue lines randomly cutting into the face as shown below

Any tips or guidance would be greatly apricated

Thank you so much, sorry it took me so long to reply I have been flat out

That video was exactly what I needed for how I learn, you taught me every trick I needed to make my mini injection molds. I haven't had a chance to try and make this bead mold again but I have made all that's pictured below and more, and I want to say thank you for teaching me how. I am one of 3 owners of an Australian plastic recycling start-up that makes things out of recycled milk lids using our own molds and machines

At the same time I got my CNC router I got a Laser Engraver and taught myself Lightburn so I use that for the details and rout the external shapes for a nice smooth edged finish on all my products

We've since managed to land our products in the Sydney Opera House's gift shops via their uncovered program and they will do a write up about us next month

They said its the first time they've ever allowed coloured keyrings of the Opera House

Thank you so much!
