4 Wheel Drive Dumper Car

I have to make a 4-wheel driver dumper car mechanism that can climb up a slope of inclination angle maximum 28 degrees. I have made the base chassis. Any ideas on how to proceed? I am struggling with the physics of the dumper. Any realistic working model?
