When I apply the material in Sculpt mode and check it in Render mode, the faces are split like screen shots and the material is also strangely applied. So I applied the material one by one in Render mode. And the same thing happens when I go back to Sculpt mode, modify the face, and then into Render mode again. I tried to google it to fix this, but I could not find a solution. Thank you for your quick reply.
