I like the new offset surface tool with Alias 2019.3. Really a big step forward, compared to the old offset tool; and also compared to the first beta-versions I tested.
Two thing I really would like to see in future updates:
- an enable/disable option for the shrink-to-trim output for trimmed surfaces.
- an offset-direction switch. Basically a negativ toggle for the offset distance. (also for the new curve-offset)
This would be really helpful options, I guess.
