i'm not sure if this feature is coming in a future version,, but its quite common in other softwares, it would be handy to have in object lister,,
Scenario: In object lister, when i select a surface or node, and i'ld like to drag it into another node/layer,
Issue: if the other node/layer is off the visible area in object lister, i cannot select the node and MMB drag it to the node/layer i want ,,
Solution: the ojbect lister should auto scroll if i hit the upper or lower window limit when i've mmb dragged a node,, i think the layers bar is able to do this nicely when it hits the left or right ends
Issue: if possible i'ld like to be able to cut and paste in object lister, i see copy and paste is possible but not cut? or is it just me...
Issue: ild like to be able to select a surface in the viewing window and then see where it is in the object lister tree heirarchy,, like a 'show selected' command,, Vred has this feature, i find it useful
