Yes,

 

 Natural Sketching was very popular when showcased in the "Everybody Loves Sketch" video by Suok Hyung Bae in 2009. (See here) 

 

Catia introduced it in 2012 (See here)

 

When can we hope to see something similar in Autodesk products ? This would be amazing not only in Alias, but also for Revit mass modelling.
