Unable to install educational version of Alias Autostudio

I am having a trouble installing educational version of alias autostudio. 

So, I have gotten approval for my student status, and have the liscense till next year April.

I am using Windows 10.

When I go to get the product from the product list, and click the blue "Install" button,

it opens up to two "Install" & "download" buttons.

Now, I tried the both of them, but they both don't work.

When I click install, it downloads an exe file, but when I run it there's a pop-up window that says "an error accoured while installing"

When I click the download button, three files get downloaded.

If I click each ones, it ssays its elf-extracting in local disk, in the Autodesk folder, but when I go to the folder it is empty, and basically nothing happens after I have ran three seperate exe files.

why is it not installing at all...?

Hi @boramyoo.korea,

There are different ways to install Autodesk software;

* Install Now - Which streams the download as you install it so it can be quicker

* Browser download - Downloads the installers first in their entirety. Downloads as multiple parts

Browser download is less error-prone as internet speed can affect Install Now. You will get multiple parts which are numbered. Try running the one labelled with 001 as Admin. The install window should appear allowing you to install the software.

I tried running each of them as admistrator again,

but still nothing seems to happen. 

I attached below the pictures of each steps what happened.

Basically when I run the file, the window for extracting the files pops up, but the bar doesn't move and it just closes after a while.

What could I do more in this case?
