The screen disappear

Please help me, i tried to re install the software but nothing happened. In the screenshot i attached in files below you can see what i am about to talk. Everything is disappered a part for the windows tools. Thanks

remove this file...

%APPDATA%\Autodesk\Alias\UserPrefs2019(or whatever version is installed)\AliasUIWindowStates.scm

and/or

%APPDATA%\Autodesk\Alias\UserPrefs2019(or whatever version is installed)\AliasUIWindows.scm
