Hi Guys,
I have an issue with the tessellation when moving away from the object. As you can see on the attached screenshots, the two surfaces on top of each other have some artefacts occurring as I move around my view.
In addition to that if I am not close to the model I can't place my Point of Interest.
I also notice that I can't use the brash tool when trying to create a surface from mesh.
Both issues (POI and surface from mesh with brush) work when I zoom in very close to the objects.
Has anyone had similar issues?
Cheers
Hi @mariusz.materek this seems like a graphics issue. Please check to see if your graphics card is on the list of supported graphics hardware.
As usual: try to update your graphics driver.
It doesn't look like the near/far clipping plane problems I have seen so far, but the symptoms are similar. Can you make sure, that your near/far clipping distances are set to proper values (see Camera Editor > Digital Properties)? A range like 1..10000 is probably good (depending on your model's extents). You can also choose more extreme values, but if the factor between the first and the second value is too big, you will get visual artifacts.
Also make sure, that your units are set up correctly, and your model's size isn't like 1 mm.
But as Wisal said, this might also just be a problem with your graphics hardware...
