Round surface bad trim

When I use the round tool to create large radii, the surface perpendicular tot he one I sue to create the radius leaves a triangle hole at the edge with he round surface. How can I solve this problem?

Hi, thanks very much for your kind reply. My problem is not witht he Trim tool but rather with the Round tool that creates "holes" around the surfaces that it creates. The larger the radius, the larger the "hole" that it creates.

Most likely, you had rectangular cut-outs before in the large surface. When you round the edges, the round tool cannot "fill" the triangular holes, it cannot untrim the large surface and trim it to the new boundary. See the same issue in this beginner tutorial. You can fill in the holes with a planar surface manually, or do the cutouts including the half-circular ends in the first place.
