Sorry for the long post.
So i have been an alias modeller for over 10 years now... but have always used a Desktop or Laptop provided by an OEM or Agency. However now considering buying my own setup and then renting my own licence.
I was wondering if anybody could advise me please, if a Gaming laptop such as an Alienware m18 with a geforce rtx 4090 / 4080 would be up to my daily use case vs a mobile workstation like a dell Precision with say an RTX 3500 ADA.
Only the Gaming laptop would be much nicer to look at, carry around, own and live with in general, but I cannot find one with a professional card in.
