Looking for Creative VR in Alias Automotive

I have a user running Alias Automotive 2021, he has an Oculus Rift setup.  When he runs the software, he doesn't get an option to open Creative VR anywhere.  When I went through the install options I do not recall seeing an option to install Creative VR anywhere.  Any suggestions?

You should see the menu entry "VR" next to Animation "Create VR" is the first entry.  Make sure the user does not have short menus set.
