If your goal is to combine your several T-Spline bodies into one, you can use the Merge tool. See attached image:

Do you want two T-Spline bodies to become one? You can do that with Merge (even if they already "touch").

If not, what exactly do you want to achieve by "stitching"? That they are and stay connected, but as separate bodies?
