Hot Keys for camera layout windows do not work (F5, F6, F7, F8 and F9). I input these in the Hot Key Editor and they still don't work. Even after restart. Any thoughts? THis package is Surface Studio

I don't have any problem with the F5...F9 hot keys, but maybe... are you using the software on a portable computer? 

Often the portable keyboards have a double function associated with the F keys (for example to tune the monitor light, or the keyboard lights, or the tune the sound). In that case, probably you have to press and hold a "fn" (or something similar) key on the keyboard when you want to use F keys.
