I have a sketchbook pro membership but today when I tried to download and install the latest version 8.4.1, all I get is a "free trial" version that I can't use for anything . I need the pro software I paid for. We have Uninstaller several times and downloaded several times from the autodesk/sketchbook website but it still opens as a " free trial."
I submitted a "ticket" hours ago but not answer except an auto reply. I need my pro software to work this weekend. Any suggestions?

Are you already logged in to your account within the Sketchbook app? Check out this link and see if the information there helps: Subscription (Win/Mac/Mobile): I purchased a subscription… now how do I use the app?

I've been using sketchbook pro for years. This is the first tool bar issue.
Please help. I didn't see anything in the link that was helpful. The toolbar just stopped functioning well.
