blank activation screen Alias 2017

I have already installed Autodsek alias 2017. When I click the activation apps, the page went blank without nothing in it. What kind of problem am i facing and how can i solve it?

@Anonymous The problem with activation window is happening with only while activating alias or any other Autodesk product as well ?

It's ok.. i have located the problem.. I only need to reinstall the software and all the problem solved. Thank you ☺
